Telecare Office Manager is the only software designed specifically to manage all aspects of Telecare service provision. TOM ensures providers have all the necessary information regarding their clients, the equipment they need and the stock available to them. In particular, it helps to ensure the easy management of Telecare assets including life expectancy, maintenance and warranty.
TOM is designed to support Telecare service providers and their staff to work as efficiently as possible enabling Management, Assessors and Field Workers to keep accurate record of activities, stock levels and service through a single application.
TOM is a joint project development between Trillium Developments Ltd and Tunstall Telecare and integrates with Tunstall's PNC callcentre software.
